Having founded the company at the tender age of 22, Lynley has guided the business from strength to strength and ensured our ongoing success 30 something years on!  Career mentor, confidant and advisor, Lynley has launched many a career and continues to lead from the front. 

When not behind the desk, Lynley can be found in the garden, tramping, skiing or with her head in a good book while listening to a random mix of music.

Annette Fitzpatrick

Hailing from Ireland, Annette arrived in New Zealand in 2001 and 2009 saw her become a citizen.  With a BA, Psychology & Sociology from University College, Cork, Annette joined Stanford in 2006, having previously worked for several community-based organisations, including some time as an Employment Consultant within specialised areas.

Annette’s background equips her well to deliver outstanding permanent recruitment solutions and like the rest of the team she is involved in all aspects of the business.  Regardless of your requirement either as a client or a candidate, Annette will be pleased to discuss your specific needs and provide advice.

Kate Dickenson

Kate returned to Stanford in January 2010, after enjoying a whirlwind European trip in 2009.  Having spent the previous three years managing the Temp Desk, she has taken the reins once again and should be your first port-of-call for all temp enquiries.  It is great to have Kate back with the team and for those of you who know her well, she enjoys sharing her travel experiences to a captive audience!

Being the fastest and biggest reader in the team, Kate shares with us her eclectic tastes in literature and film.  Add to that her love of photography and music and a great ability to think outside the square.  Consequently, Kate will solve your temping requirements with great lateral thinking, so if you haven't met her before, perhaps now is the time.
